ABOUT SURFACE TECH

We work in the surface finishing industry — not around it.

Surface Tech Industries was built around a straightforward observation: the hardest parts of running a surface finishing operation are not the chemistry — they are finding the right people, designing and commissioning the right line, and sourcing the right materials and instruments. That is what we provide.

MISSION

To support surface treatment operations with the people, process lines and chemistry they need — delivering the parts of the business that are hardest to build independently, so our clients can focus on what they do best.

VISION

To be the go-to contractor for surface finishing operations across aerospace, automotive, precision engineering and general engineering — recognised for domain depth, reliable supply and the ability to commission a line that runs right from day one.

WHAT SETS US APART

Domain depth that a general contractor cannot match

General staffing agencies do not understand the difference between a Type II and a Type III anodizer. General contractors do not know how to size a rectifier for hard anodizing. General chemical distributors do not know which electrolyte suits your bath temperature and alloy.

We do — because surface finishing is the only industry we work in. Every placement, every line design, every chemical we source is informed by hands-on process knowledge built in the industry.

01

Single Industry Focus

Anodizing, plating, painting and related finishing processes — nothing else.

02

Specification Literacy

We read MIL, AMS and customer specs and work to them — not around them.

03

Turnkey Scope

One contractor for manpower, line design, chemicals and instrumentation.

04

Partnership Model

We stay engaged through commissioning and operation — not just handover.

VALUES

How we conduct every engagement

01

Precision

Scope is defined clearly. Deliverables meet what was agreed. No approximations.

02

Integrity

We tell you what we can and cannot do. We do not oversell capability.

03

Continuous Improvement

Every engagement teaches us something. We apply it to the next one.

04

Partnership

Long-term relationships with clients, vendors and candidates — not transactional ones.
