We design, establish and commission anodizing, plating, phosphating, passivation and paint shop lines, and manage supplier quality to AS9100 / Nadcap-aligned discipline. Grounded in 12+ years of hands-on industrial experience, including four greenfield surface treatment facilities led by our founder.
Engaged individually or together as one accountable contractor.
We design, establish and commission anodizing, phosphating, electroplating, passivation and paint shop process lines — layout and capacity planning, tank sizing and rectifier specification, and paint booth, spray booth, oven and conveyor design — engineered to ship conforming parts from day one, whatever special process your line runs.
Our AS9100 / Nadcap-aligned supplier quality management qualifies the suppliers, chemicals and testing/inspection equipment your line depends on — verified against Certificates of Conformance, Material Test Reports and Safety Data Sheets — with the same team running root-cause analysis and corrective action when a defect or bottleneck appears.
Anodizing, plating, passivation, black oxidation, conversion coating, phosphating and painting — the processes we design lines for and support every day.
Type I (Chromic), Type II (Sulfuric), Type III (Hard Anodizing) and Boric Sulfuric — for aluminium components across aerospace, automotive and extrusion industries.
Zinc plating and Electroless Nickel plating — rack and barrel, for corrosion protection, wear resistance and uniform deposit on complex geometries.
Nitric and citric acid passivation of stainless steel — removes free iron contamination post-machining and restores the native corrosion-resistant oxide layer.
Hot and cold black oxide on steel and stainless — a thin conversion coating that provides mild corrosion resistance, reduced reflectivity and an aesthetic black finish.
Chromate and trivalent chromium conversion coatings on aluminium — corrosion protection and paint adhesion with no dimensional build-up. MIL-DTL-5541 compliant.
Zinc, manganese and iron phosphating on steel — for paint pre-treatment, corrosion protection and wear/lubricity on driveline and structural components.
Wet spray and powder coat paint application with pre-treatment — for cosmetic finish, corrosion protection and consistent film build across production runs.
Line design, commissioning and supplier quality management are available for all of these processes and the paint shop operations alongside them.
Surface Treatment Services →Every line and supplier is scoped to the actual specification — AS9100, Nadcap, IATF 16949 or customer-specific.
Installation oversight, qualification runs and operator training before handover, so the line ships conforming parts from day one.
A line is only as good as its operators and engineers. Our hiring division can staff it.
We apply the same process discipline and specification awareness to everything we provide — whether that is a person placed on a client's line, a tank line we design, a chemical we source, or an instrument we supply.
Every engagement starts with a thorough review of the applicable specification — whether AMS, MIL, customer-specific or internal — so that everything we provide is aligned to the actual requirement from the start.
Manpower briefs, line design specifications, chemical data sheets and equipment specs are documented and version-controlled before any work begins. Clear scope prevents rework.
We stay engaged after delivery — following up on placed personnel performance, commissioned line operation and chemical or equipment performance to close the loop on every engagement.
Our team has hands-on experience with military, aerospace and industry surface treatment standards — so when we place a person, design a line or source a chemical, we do it against the actual spec, not a generic interpretation of it.
Discuss Your Requirements →Many aerospace and precision-engineering customers require their surface treatment suppliers to hold or work toward Nadcap accreditation for chemical processing. We support clients preparing for this and other special-process certifications — reviewing process documentation, checklist and job audit readiness, calibration and traceability records, and process control evidence ahead of an audit.
This certification and audit-readiness support is backed by our supplier quality management discipline — Approved Supplier List records, source-approval documentation and CoC/MTR traceability that stand up to auditor scrutiny, not just internal review.
Process instructions, control plans and records reviewed and structured against Nadcap checklist requirements.
Bath chemistry, rectifier and instrumentation records aligned to the traceability an auditor expects to see.
A practice run against the checklist, surfacing gaps while there is still time to close them.
CoC, MTR and SDS records audited against the ASL and governing specification ahead of a customer or Nadcap review.
Documentation & Audit Readiness Review
We vet candidates against the specific process background your operation requires — not just a CV match. Candidates are briefed on the applicable standards and your production environment before placement.
Anodizing, phosphating, electroplating, passivation or any other special process line — tank sizing, rectifier specification, rinse cascade design and ventilation are engineered to process requirements, not approximated. Process qualification runs are conducted before handover so the line ships conforming parts from day one.
Every supplier is qualified through a formal source-approval process before a chemical, consumable or piece of testing/inspection equipment reaches your line. Chemicals and consumables are sourced against current Certificates of Conformance and Material Test Reports, with lot traceability maintained so bath chemistry stays predictable batch to batch. Testing and inspection equipment is specified against the test methods your governing specification requires — not the cheapest instrument that superficially fits — with calibration traceability included. When a nonconformance or process bottleneck does appear, the same team runs root-cause analysis, issues a Supplier Corrective Action Request and closes it out with a corrective action that holds.
When a defect, bottleneck or out-of-spec result shows up on the line, the same team diagnoses the root cause — bath chemistry, rectifier settings, rinse cascade, ventilation or handling — and drives a corrective action through to closure, verified against the governing specification before the line goes back to full rate.

Procedures and equipment define a quality system; people make it work. Our hiring partnership supplies the engineers, inspectors and analysts who keep a quality system effective day to day.
Inspectors, CMM / OMM operators, quality engineers, chemists and analysts who understand specifications and measurement — and can defend a result in front of an auditor.
When people are trained, heard and accountable, nonconformances are reported early and corrective action is closed properly — the behaviour that AS9100, Nadcap and IATF audits reward.
We help structure quality to report independently of production, with clear roles for inspection, laboratory and supplier quality — and staff those roles with screened talent.
Specification comparisons, process explainers and practical guidance for designing parts that finish the way you expect.
A practical comparison of chromic, sulfuric and hard anodizing — thickness, fatigue impact, and where each is specified.

5 MIN READ QUALITYHours-to-red-rust is only part of the story. How to interpret salt spray results alongside coating thickness data.
7 MIN READ DESIGN GUIDANCESmall drawing decisions — chamfers, rack-mark zones, thread callouts — that save a re-spec cycle later.

Machines and specifications only perform as well as the people running them. The right engineers, inspectors and managers protect quality, safety and delivery — we find and screen them from within industry. Our hiring partnership →
Anodizing, plating, phosphating and painting decide how long a part resists corrosion and wear. A well-designed, well-controlled line is what makes a finish pass audit and last. Our surface treatment solutions →
